The Run Team welcomes you and all runners. On Sunday we are in Antioch at Country Manor park, on Asilomar Drive, between Avila Court & Palomar Drive. Warm ups begin in the parking lot at 7:30am. We will use the park paths and adjacent streets for a simple 3 mile loop.
