Experience an immersive Sound Journey with optional ceremonial cacao!
Relax & be bathed in healing frequencies from Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, bells & Koshi Chimes with Jillian from Exploring Embodiment.
Sound Baths help to harmonize + balance our energy by aligning our bodies with the vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls!
The ancient practice of drinking Ceremonial Cacao (gentle plant medicine, the raw unprocessed form of chocolate), supports us in opening our heart space & connecting us to Mother Earths wisdom.
Yoga mats and bolsters will be available for use but please bring your own blanket, pillows for comfort & water bottle. Doors open 15 minutes prior so you can get settled and will be closed and locked when we begin so we don’t interrupt other’s experiences – please come early!
Contraindications for Cacao: Those with major heart conditions are not recommended to consume Cacao. Those on anti-depressants, with minor heart conditions or are pregnant are recommended to consume a smaller dose of cacao.
Contraindications for Sound Bath: Those with sound-induced epilepsy are not able to attend this class. Those who are pregnant, non-sound induced epilepsy, cardiac or brain implants or have serious mental health conditions are recommended to consult your doctor before attending.
