Hello NHAYSC Families,
We’d like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, December 4th at 6:30 PM at Round Table Pizza (Walerga Rd).
The AGM is an important meeting where we elect members to our club’s Executive Board positions:
Manager: Primary leader of the soccer club, overseeing its overall operations and ensuring activities align with the club’s goals. They represent the club at local events, engage with community organizations, and collaborate with other board members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assistant Manager: Supports the Manager and helps oversee club operations. In the Manager’s absence, they step into the leadership role. They may handle tasks like program oversight, scheduling, or volunteer coordination, and this role is ideal for someone interested in developing their leadership skills.
Secretary: Keeps accurate records of meetings, including minutes and official club documents. They also manage communication between the board and members, ensuring timely distribution of important updates and information.
Registrar: Manages player registrations, ensures accurate data and up-to-date rosters, and handles enrollment tracking. They also coordinate team registrations for each coach and ensure compliance with league rules.
Treasurer: Oversees the club's financial health, managing the budget, tracking income and expenses, and ensuring accurate records. They work with the board to allocate funds for programs and events, provide financial updates to the board and members, and handle transactions like bill payments and donations to maintain the club’s financial stability.
In addition to the executive board elections, we will also be nominating candidates for various Committee positions. Please consider running for one of these roles. Below is a list of the committee positions:

Voting members are currently registered 2025 families with 1 vote per family.
