Come and try this Latin-American dance inspired workshop that will teach you some basic steps that are used in the traditional dances from the heart of Central and South America.

This physical workshop will involve a warm up, basic technique, movement, a cooldown and a barrel of laughs! Various options will be provided to accommodate all levels of ability.

Please bring some water, comfortable clothes you can move in and a big smile!
