Things are shaping-up for our Sauna and Wild Swimming Book Festival @bowhousefife and @elieseasidesauna over the weekend of Friday 17th and Saturday 18th October. �
On Friday 17th October @bowhousefife Sauna: The Power of Deep Heat and Wild Sauna author @emmaeokelly will be joined by Sweathouse and former Irish Young Journalist of The Year, @rosannacooney along with a panel of medical professionals, for a evening of onsite sauna, food, entertainment and discussion of the subject, ‘Sauna: Past, Present and Future’ �
There will be an onsite sauna which you will be able to enjoy all day, as well as sauna events @elieseasidesauna all weekend including @britishsaunasociety Best Sauna Practitioner @nickttherapies and Sauna Astrolger @theinnermagik who transported guests into a celestial world, earlier this week…. �
Catering will be supplied by onsite caterers @stocks.kitchen and there will be music, fun and, generally, a big Autumn Sauna Social. � � �
There will be various ticket options, with the basic ticket price being redeemable on the cost of purchasing one, or other of Emma’s, or Rosanna’s books, which will be supplied by @waterstonesstandrews �
There will also be the option of booking yourself in one of Scottish Seaside Saunas, saunas, @elieseasidesauna @cellardykeseasidesauna or @standrewsseasidesauna over the course of the weekend, at a much reduced price ���
Other authors and events, are yet to be confirmed, over the course of the weekend. However, you can be promised to experience the best in sauna chat and experiences that will leave you inspired and with a great understanding of what sauna meant in our past, what it means in our present and what are the possibilities for it in our futures!
