Be here or be, well, somewhere else. If you are even a bit curious about journaling, even the teensy bit curious about the phrase "know theyself," and want to learn both about you AND have a little dose of that thing called Cognitive Behavioral Theory (its all the rage in therapy land) and want to see just how it all can benefit your life, well, come on down!
