This four-week prenatal yoga series blends mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and heartfelt reflection to help you feel supported, centered, and deeply thankful for the body that carries you and your baby.
Each Friday explores a theme of gratitude and self-care:

🧘 11/14 Open & Receive: Practice heart-opening postures and breathwork to release tension and welcome in abundance.
🧘 11/21 Restore & Reflect: Focus on mindful rest, gentle stretches, and cultivating calm through guided relaxation.
🧘 11/28 Gratitude & Glow: Celebrate your body’s strength and your baby’s growth with a joyful, nurturing flow and closing gratitude meditation.
