Step onto your mat and into a supportive space for beginners! This class is perfect if you're new to yoga or looking to ease back into your practice. Led by seasoned instructor Paige Findley, whose radiant energy and compassionate teaching style make everyone feel at home, this gentle class focuses on breath, body awareness, and foundational movement.
Paige brings years of experience and a calming presence that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move at your own pace.
A few mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but please bring your own if you can.
