Applications are now open! But listen up, ghouls & goblins: 🕸️ DO NOT send payment with your application. 🕸️
Why? Because all applications must be reviewed first — it makes things much easier (and less scary 😉) for us across departments if we only collect payment once you’re officially approved.

📬 Applications may be submitted by mail or directly through the Main Street office. No tricks, just treats… but follow the rules or you might hear our BOO! 👻
