Welcome to the Colourful Mindful Art for Adults Workshop! Join professional artist and Learning Faciliator Lou Endicott on October 12th, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Vend Marketplace, Annerley for a creative and relaxing experience. Let your imagination run wild as you explore different art techniques, designed to promote mindfulness in a supportive environment. In this two hour workshop, participants will be guided step-by-step to create a small series of colourful pieces that are not only relaxing to create, but are striking and eye catching beautiful art pieces when complete.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, destress, and tap into their artistic side. No prior art experience is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to have fun! All materials will be provided.

This mindful art workshops aim to:
