I now have a couple days holiday from work and trying to get jobs ticked off the list whilst I've got the chance 😅
📃 🚜🚛 Our road run is on the 22ND OF NOVEMBER! At the H&H auction mart in Lockerbie DG11 2JA
So that means just a little over 6 weeks untill it happens 😯, so much to do!!!!

Before the road run we will be attending these events on these dates mentioned with a couple of tractors and buckets 👇

🔴Saturday 1st of November The RH Youth Organisation fireworks night
⚪Friday 14th of November we will be at Dumfries grand light switch on
🔴Saturday 15th Lockerbie Christmas Lights switch on
⚪SATURDAY 22ND OF NOVEMBER
That we all love and get excited for... The Road run!

The route will be same as last year & will. Remain the same.

We ask for a minimum donation of £20 in cash per tractor, truck or escort vehicle.
We will have a card machine however they take a charge for this so cash is preferred so the neonatal unit can receive as much as possible for vital funds for much needed equipment, training and other important parts to keeping out babies thriving 😊

Please arrive with your friends in a convoy if you wish to. Keep that convoy as we cannot re-arrange vehicles once parked due to limited parking available. We ask that you listen to our marshals helping to park you all. This will keep everyone safe, neatly parked and allow to get as many vehicles parked in as we safely can. On the start at 5:30pm of the road run we ask that you follow the vehicle that was parked infront of you at the entry que.

We will have hot and cold food, drinks & refreshments for everyone supplied by Claire Smith Johnston Burger van 🍔 & The Pizza Wagon 🍕. Please support these vehicles paying with cash ( card is accepted too)

Toilets will be on sight in the H & H Building.

🔴Best dressed escort vehicle
⚪Best dressed mini tractor or truck ( this must be on the pavement of the road run that night and photo for us to see and review). for judging 😊

We will be putting banners up this week on locations that will be well seen but outwith the councils property to insure the banners stay up.
We will also be on the streets this Friday handing out letters and posters for donations for raffle & tombola prizes, so if you are a business and you see this and think we would donate please get in touch 😊!
