Stroll along the park’s waterfront paths, framed by mangroves, seagrass beds, and glimpses of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, while expert leaders from Manatee Audubon help you spot and identify coastal birds—herons, egrets, ospreys, pelicans, and perhaps a surprise migrant species. These walks combine gentle outdoor exercise with moments of discovery, conservation education, and shared enthusiasm, making it an ideal experience for both seasoned birders and curious newcomers alike.
