Take Flight is a playful, supportive arm-balancing workshop designed to build strength, confidence, and trust — without pressure or performance. Together, we’ll explore the feeling of lift-off through curiosity, patience, and accessible technique.
This workshop breaks arm balances down into clear, supportive steps, helping you safely engage key areas of the body including the core, wrists, and shoulders. You’ll learn how alignment, preparation, and nervous system awareness work together to create stability and ease.
Expect multiple variations and progressions so every body and experience level feels included and supported. Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your approach, you’ll be guided through 3–4 foundational arm balances, with options to explore at your own pace.
More than just strength, Take Flight is about rediscovering the joy, playfulness, and trust that come from trying something new — and learning how to lift without forcing.
