Real Dance is a monthly, music-forward movement space held in a clear, supportive container.
The music is carefully curated with care and intention. Joyful melodies, room for emotional release, and lyrics that carry meaning. The playlist unfolds as a gentle arc, opening, energizing, and then soothing, creating space for reflection and personal meaning-making through movement.
This isn’t a class and it isn’t a performance. There’s no choreography to follow and no technique to get right. You’re welcome to move freely, take breaks, gently witness others, or simply listen, whatever feels right for you.
We dance substance-free and look out for one another. Clear, posted agreements help create a space of mutual care and respect. You’re welcome exactly as you are, even if that means being quiet, awkward, or unsure.
