POWER and Kitsune Defense Presentation: Situational Awareness & Personal Safety Workshop

Jan Krist, Emily Musolf, and Paul Musolf will speak about situational awareness and provide information and tips during a one-hour presentation at AADL. The goal is to offer an informational workshop instead of having a self-defense clinic where actual physical techniques and movements are taught and include audience/participant interaction with instructors.
