Mamas & Littles Play & Support Group

The Mamas Network is hosting Saturday morning mom and baby play and support groups on ODD Saturdays!

During this Saturday's playgroup, we're also hosting FREE office hours with Samantha Cecil, LMSW — a licensed therapist with experience supporting individuals from birth through adulthood. Samantha specializes in Infant Mental Health Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Attachment and Bio-Behavioral Catch-Up.

Stop by to ask questions or talk through topics like:

* When and how to seek therapy for your child
* What play therapy actually looks like
* Postpartum mental health
* Newborn attachment and bonding
* Separation anxiety
* Parenting stress and challenging behaviors

No question is too small. If Samantha can’t help directly, she’ll connect you with someone who can!
