Dunbar Tower Community Meetings for Leasing

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission will hold two community meetings (Sept. 23 and Sept. 25) to provide information about the application process to rent an apartment at Dunbar Tower, located at 121 Catherine Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Meeting seats are limited to 90 attendees. Limited number of apartments are available. These apartments are funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits; residents must be income eligible and meet other LIHTC requirements. The income limit is $52,920 for 1 person, and $60,480 for 2 persons as of Sept. 1, 2025. Income limits are adjusted annually.
