Cheese 101 (Basics of Cheese)

Curds and whey, oh my! We’ll explore the world of cheese through the lens of a cheesemaker and cheese seller in this delicious introduction to all things cheese. Using the Seven Styles of Cheese to frame our conversation, Zach S., long-time Zingerman’s monger and an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional will take you through all the classics and include a bonus (or two) along the way. Come and curd-nerd out with us and leave full of cheese and knowledge (and a couple of cheesy jokes too!).

Whether you’re jumpstarting your path to becoming a cheese expert, or diving deeper into the subject, Cheese 101 is for cheeseheads of all levels.
