Come join us at 'Let's Retreat' yurts for an afternoon / early evening of pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments including gongs, chimes and a crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. No experience necessary.

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. During this unique sound bath / gong bath experience you will be lead through some relaxing breathing exercises to prepare for the sounds to follow. Don't miss out on this blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

There will be herbal tea and homemade mince pies to finish so please let me know if you have any allergies.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own. You may also wish to bring water to drink afterwards too.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

• 1st trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Unsupported serious mental health condition
• Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
• Severe illness
• Recent surgery

Numbers are limited so please book as soon as you are able.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking at the venue. Please bring a torch as it will be dark at the end of the session.
