Three years ago, inspired by the song “Friday I’m in Love” by The Cure, I turned a simple idea into a full practice that I now teach weekly.
Every Friday, we gather to break free from the loop that so many of us get caught in—negative self-talk, worry, fear, stress, judgment, drama, and lack.
Instead, this is your space to:
💖 Fall in love with yourself, your body, and your soul
💖 Celebrate what’s going well in your life right now
💖 Anchor into joy, gratitude, and empowerment
💖 Shift out of what drains you and into what fuels you
When we dedicate a whole day to love, fun, and possibility—something amazing happens. That energy doesn’t just stay with you on Friday. It flows into Saturday, Sunday, and beyond… until the next Friday rolls around and we power up again.
✨ This is more than an event. It’s a practice. It’s a movement. And it’s an invitation to live with love leading the way.
