As always, we'll be setting a slow and steady pace, with plenty of time to stop and enjoy nature 💚 Please be mindful of your personal fitness levels and needs. Wear appropriate shoes and clothes, apply sunscreen, pack a basic first aid kit, rain jacket, water, snacks and any medications that you require. Each person is responsible for their own safety and wellbeing, but please also look out for each other and contribute to a supportive and caring group.
