Ámalátan: Ding Laman Labuad Kapampángan

Kapampángans now are more familiar with what is know as the creatures of "Filipino Lower Mythology" ~ the Aswang, the Multo, the Tikbalang and the Kapre.due to Philippine education and the popular media. They have now mostly forgotten their own LAMAN LABUAD, the spirits of the earth that have guarded their homeland for millenia ~ ding Kulariut, ding Pátiának, ding Pugut, ding Tigbálang, ding Binangúnan, ding Tulung, ding Maglilíli, etc. In this Ámalátan or traditional Kapampángan storytelling session conducted by our own executive director and culture-bearer Michael R.M. Pangilinan, let us listen and familiarise ourselves once again with out very own LAMAN LABUAD and visualize them as we should.
