Mr. Jeremy will be starting off with a fitness class called Barre. Barre is a workout that combines ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It focuses on small, repetitive, low-impact movements that target specific muscles, aiming to fatigue them through isometric holds and pulses. While ballet experience isn't required, barre classes utilize techniques like pliés and relevés, often using a ballet barre for support. The workouts aim to build lean muscle mass, improve posture, flexibility, and balance, and strengthen the core. Mr. Jeremy has been certified last 2023 and has taught classes at Webarre Hong Kong.

After the empowering Barre workout, Mr. Jeremy, a Modern Jazz teaching diploma holder with 23 years of dance teaching experience, will continue on teaching a fun and dynamic Jazz class. The class will start with warm up and stretching, then across the floor exercises, some centre exercises, and ending with a short dance combination. Beginner or a practicing dancer/teacher, Mr. Jeremy will make it a point that you will go home accomplished with full of worthwhile learnings!
