Bike 101: Smart Cycling Training
Join us at the Andover Senior Center for Bike 101, an engaging and informative training developed by the League of American Bicyclists. This Smart Cycling course is perfect for riders of all experience levels—whether you’re just getting back on a bike or looking to boost your confidence and skills on the road.

During this, interactive workshop, you'll learn:

* Basic bike maintenance and safety checks
* Proper helmet fit and riding gear tips
* Rules of the road and safe cycling practices
* How to navigate traffic, intersections, and group rides
* Techniques for handling and controlling your bike in real-world conditions

The course includes classroom instruction and optional on-bike activities, led by a certified League Cycling Instructor. Come prepared to ask questions, practice new skills, and feel empowered to ride safely and confidently.
