Although this class is for every level I want to see seasoned crocheters of all levels to bring the fiber arts community together and infuse inspiration but welcomed Beginner friendly meaning if you have never crocheted or are a novice beginner trying to get the hang of it. I will be teaching you the most basic two stitches required for all crochet to get you used to the hand hold coordinations. I will cater to each of you individually based on your own personal learning and motor skill needs, teaching you all my special developed hacks to help beginners overcome frustration and prevent overwhelm and quitting. Complete beginners will not be crocheting leaves

Beginners YARN GUIDE
~bring #4mm metric hook is also the same as US F hook and if your a complete beginner also bring a H/6 or 5mm
#4yarn medium weight dense stable sturdy yarn that is NOT any of the following:
avoid too soft and plush ( compresses flat between fingers )too soft lacking structure and density,
too stringy (easily split by hook).
Too shiny
NO chenille or velvet yarn.
No fuzzy- felted-brushed-furry-eyelash yarn.
NO wool
No 100% cotton unless your experienced
with working with it
No glitter or tinsel
Iif youre a complete beginner * Choose light colors yarns* avoid super deep dark tones where you cant see stitches dark colors caninhibit visual learning for beginners and cause frustration slow progression and navigation**
CROCHET HOOKSMetric #4mm/or us 6G crochet hook for petals & for beginners doing chain base need metric #5mm/or US 6H for chain base if you already have it but I can lending 5’s temporarily,
The best hooks for beginners are ones with big rubber handles for dexterity and control but I have some hacks I will bring to help bulk out your handle if all I can find is a plain metal hook with no hand grip
Beginners please do not get hooks that have a really sharp flat neck that will split yarn
You need to look for rounded necks that smoothly pass through yarn loops to avoid agrivation
Buying Yarn if you want to pick your own colors. look on the label it will say #4 medium weight yarn

Red HEART purple to use: amethyst, lavender, purple tones, medium purple
Any solid color purples and you can choose anything you want there are no rules so pinks and creams or blues its your flowers be YOU artistically
