The featured performers at the Andover Community Coffeehouse will be
the recently-formed musical duo “93 North,” featuring two Proctor Academy faculty
members with long and varied music and theater backgrounds.
The members of this duo had separate journeys through the musical world before teaming up in Andover. Singer-songwriter Scott King is thrilled to join forces with his long-time friend Amy Hubbard to embark on a new collaborative venture combining his singing, song-writing and acoustic guitar with her formidable vocal skills, for music with a blend of rock, folk and pop sensibilities.
The Highland Lake Grange Hall is on the corner of Rt. 11 and Chase Hill Road in East Andover. Doors open at 6 pm for Open Mic sign-ups on a first-come/first-served basis, as well as sound checks and light supper food items available for purchase, provided by Donna and her crew from the Andover Community Church -- hot dogs, soups, desserts and beverages. The featured performers start at 7 PM and open mic starts at 8 PM.
The evening is free, although we "pass the hat" -- and donations are gratefully accepted to be shared with the featured performers. To learn more about the Andover Coffeehouse, go to
