⚡️ARC⚡️Tuesday Track Nights
Join Coach JJ and the crew for some speed work around the McCants track from 5:30-6:30 pm. All paces and level of runners are more than welcome to join us as everyone can benefit. If you have any questions, just ask JJ while you’re there and he’ll be glad to assist you. Don’t worry about being a little late or starting a little early but group photo is at 5:30.
