⚡️ARC⚡️Tuesday Hill Repeats

The sound effects for this group run are the funniest! We are either giving birth or gasping for air but all while cheering each other on. Your pace doesn’t matter as we are all passing each other on a 0.20 mile hill (did I mention our marker cones light up). Park at the restrooms off Hobson Rd with additional parking below and restrooms are on site. Great way to become a stronger and faster runner is to build a love hate relationship with hill repeats.
