Sound Bath Experience with Ali

Calm the body and mind with meditation! Join us as Ali Szymanski leads us through gentle stretching and breathing exercises, ending with a crystal singing bowl meditation and sound bath.

We will be sitting/lying on the floor. Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or other cushion is suggested.
