Hill repeats are the best workout for any level of runner. You are blessed with 5 weeks of hills this month! Meet on Barry Knobel around 5:30pm. We WU, run some hills then CD and ice pops maybe be available if you’re good.
Let’s discuss this week if we wanna go somewhere else on Tuesdays in October or continue to do Hill repeats. Also thinking of moving Hill repeats over to the connector for at least the month of December due to the lights of hope being active.
