• Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or with a pacemaker fitted.
• If you’re sensitive to sound or have tinnitus, please bring earplugs to soften the experience. This will not reduce the benefits of the sound vibrations.
• For the best experience, arrive hydrated and on a light stomach.
