Welcome to Astrology Club!

Come join us at The Pod (23 Radium St) for the first of our monthly Astrology Club sessions with Lauren from The Planet Body. This is a space for us all to gather and connect to the movements of the cosmos. Everyone is welcome from complete beginners to seasoned astrologers. Lauren shares her insights on recent astrological movements and what to expect from the coming month. This is a space to share and reflect with one another as well as taking time for ourselves in journalling or embodiment practices led by Lauren.

What to expect:

An in-depth analysis of current astrological events and planetary movements with Lauren.

Space to share your thoughts, feelings and recent experiences in a sharing circle.

Journalling prompts for reflection on the month past and prompts in preparation for the month ahead.

Light embodiment practices to support you in accessing your earth - planetary body connection.

Herbal teas and sweet treats.

Why an in person gathering?

Lauren is a somatic and embodiment practitioner as well as astrologer. She believes that astrology can and should be an embodied practice to be felt and experienced in our human bodies. She feels that there is no point in intellectually understanding the movements of the cosmos if you cannot apply this wisdom to your everyday life, in your human body. Also, in community we can grow and learn from each other and feel better fortified to ride the cycles and seasons of this life.

What to bring:

Curiosity, an open heart, a journal and pen, maybe some little snacks, and most importantly a respect for the power of the cosmos above.
