Whole Grain Month Learning Kitchen Event

Celebrate National Whole Grains Month and join us September 19th from noon to 1 p.m. at the Learning Kitchen located in the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center.

Learn more about what whole grains are, the health benefits of having a diet that includes whole grains, and easy ways to incorporate them into your everyday meal plan!
