Summer Botany Hike #8 Little Teton/Arctic Valley

Join us for our last hike of the season. This time we are back an Arctic Valley and hiking to the top of Little Teton. Hopefully we will be able to see all those great alpines and even collect some seed for winter sowing.
The hike will consist of 3.75 miles and 1600 ft of elevation gain up a steep ridge to the top of the ski resort.

We will meet at the Arctic Valley Trailhead parking at noon and be gone for about 4 hours.

What to bring:
Small backpack
Hiking boots or shoes
Bear spray
Rain/Wind jacket and an extra layer for warmth
Plant identification guidebooks if you have some. (we can share)
Seed Collecting gear: (Small paper and Ziplock bags, Sharpie marker
Small water bottle
Snacks
