REBIRTH: An Ecstatic Dance Experience!
Ecstatic dance isn’t about choreography. It’s not about performance. It’s not even about “getting it right.” It’s an exploration—a living inquiry. Each step, each gesture, becomes a question: What happens if I let go a little more? What if I listen, not just with my ears, but with every cell of my body?
This is meditation at the speed of sound. A chance to enter altered states of consciousness completely sober, fully awake, and radically present. The beat becomes breath, the movement becomes mantra, and you discover what it means to dance as prayer.
REBIRTH is a journey. We begin together in a sacred cacao ceremony, opening the heart. We’ll flow into guided movement to loosen the edges of self-consciousness. The ecstatic dance journey invites you to lose yourself and find yourself at the same time. Finally, a closing sound bath lets the vibrations settle, leaving you reborn in silence and resonance.
Music will be carried by DJ Apothecary. Sound healing will be held by Tamara Zenobia.
