QiGong Cultivation Series PHASE 1 - Nervous System

QiGong Cultivation Series is a 12-part course designed for those who wish to experience and learn the deep healing qualities and energetic medicine of QiGong, also called Moving Meditation. Phase 1 focuses on beginning to harmonize your nervous system.

PHASE 1 is 9 weeks
Fridays and Saturdays 5-6pm
Starts 10/3/25
$12/per class, pay at door
