Oktoberfest isn’t over until we say it is… and we’re shutting it down country-style with Schaefer Mueller & The Neon Highway on Saturday, October 4th! This One Last Stein party takes its name from Schaefer’s heartfelt hit original One Last Rodeo — and it’s built for a night of boots on the floor, country dancing, and plenty of beer drinking. Expect a set full of Schaefer’s originals (including Something to Drink About) mixed with the country rock favorites you know will keep you moving. Schaefer is a combat Army veteran, performing alongside fellow veterans and active duty service members who bring grit, heart, and connection to every show. In 2025, Schaefer was named Best Band/Musician in Alaska by Alaska Business Magazine and has shared the stage with stars like Chris Young, Brett Young, and Granger Smith.
