GOLD CACHE BINGO COSTUME CONTEST
RULES
1. Registration Deadline
• All participants must be registered by 7.30 PM.
• Late entriés will not be accepted.
2. Number Assignment
• Each participant will receive a contest number at registration. The number must be pinned to the costume and visible at all times during judging.
3. Couple & Group Costumes
• Couples or group costumes will be judged as one entry.
• Only one number will be issued per couple or group.
4. Voting Process
• Every person in attendance will recive one voting slip.
• Write down the number of the costume you wish to vote
• Voting slips must be turned in by the announced deadline.
5. Winner Selection & Prizes
• Votes will be counted after all slips are collected.
• In the event of a tie, the host/judging panel will decide the winner:
1st Place: $1,000
2nd Place: $500
3rd Place: $250
General Rules
• Management reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not follow the rules.
• All winners must have a valid picture ID.
