Want something fun to do this Halloween season? Are you a military spouse on JBER and looking to make new friends and connections? Then come join us for a spooky spouse social!
Dr. Brittany Loy Cordially invites you to A Spooky Soiree Tea Party! An evening filled with tea, spooky treats and making friends!
This event is for any military spouse with JBER affiliation that is looking to make new friends and connections, looking for something fun and different to do for the Haloween season, or just need to get out for the evening. Military life is hard and no better way to make new friends than to share a cup of hot (or cold) tea and spooky treats while taking part in lively discussions. ALL are welcome regardless if you are a wife, husband, service member/spouse, etc. There is no religious, political, or group affiliations with this event. This is a judgement free gathering and a chance to find true connections especially for those new to the area.
This event is FREE but it is adults only. This event will be held in my home and I can't host children due to space. This event is meant for spouses to make personal connections in a peaceful and relaxed environment. Personal time is important to all and to be able to make friends worry free. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope you still consider attending.
EXCEPTION: Those with babies who are 6months and under/lap babies are welcome. Just please be mindful we do have a lot of fragile tea sets within reach.
Dress code: Come dressed for the season! We want to see those spooky costumes!
What to bring: Please bring your favorite spooky treat and/or favorite spooky tea to share!! This is how we are providing food/drinks for these events. If you have a favorite spooky tea cup, bring that as well!!
Please RSVP if possible to keep an accurate count for food, drinks, and space availability concerns.
****Must message for address if attending! This event is public and I don't want my address public.***
I am looking forward to sharing some spooky conversation with some amazing people!
