Make your own funny or creepy work of art...in the dark and learn why some paints glow in the dark. Sunkist S.T.E.A.M., a monthly program for kids 13 and under that presents concepts in science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics using fun activities, is generously funded by the Anaheim Public Library Foundation.
