The Aztec Soundbath Program will offer a soothing experience designed to relax the mind, body, and inner being. Featuring beautiful, immersive sounds that help reduce stress and support emotional balance. Program is suitable for teens and adults. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket to lay down or if you cannot lay down, we have chairs.
