Getting started
Begin at THIS IS HOLLAND, opposite Amsterdam Central Station, for a ticket scan before entry. After your flight, and if your ticket includes it, head to the cruise departure point just a short walk away, on the other side of the station.

Pregnant women, individuals shorter than 1 meter, and children under 4 years old are not allowed to participate in the Flight Experience.
Guests with heart or circulatory conditions (including pacemakers or cardiovascular diseases), epilepsy, or those recovering from back or neck surgery cannot participate.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the experience.
Large bags and personal belongings are not permitted inside the attraction.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with lifts available for guests with mobility needs.

Staff are on hand to assist visitors with mobility requirements.
A time slot reservation is required for entry; book your time slot upon arrival in Amsterdam.
Children aged 5–12 and those between 100 and 130 cm must be accompanied by an adult seated next to them during the Flight Experience.
The experience is not suitable for guests with severe motion sickness or vertigo.
The boarding point for the cruise is near Amsterdam Centraal Station.
