About the event

Self Defense Program: Sept. 9 - Oct. 9

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and learn practical self-defense. Ask the "bad dreams department" about scenarios you're most concerned about. The program will be customized to the interests of the students.

Students wishing to sign up for the regular karate class, from 7-8pm, that follows the self defense program, can do so as well.
