Refund Policy

How can I ask for a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event?

• Cancelled event
• Has the event you were planning to attend been cancelled? The amount you paid will be automatically refunded to the bank account or credit card you used to buy the tickets. The amount will be credited to your bank account within 4 weeks. No further action is required from your side. 

• Rescheduled event
• Has the event been rescheduled and are you unable to attend on the new date? You can submit a cancellation request yourself. Send an email to q-art.teresa.pinto#icloud.com (substitute # for a @) to request a refund for a rescheduled event.
