Sound Bath - Deep Relaxation Through Sound

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing group session of Sound Healing. Participants are gently immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other harmonic instruments. The experience promotes profound relaxation for both body and mind.

The session begins with a guided meditation, helping you settle into your inner cocoon of calm and connect with your true self through the resonance of sound.

As you lie comfortably under a cozy blanket, eyes closed, you’re invited to surrender to the waves of sound, allowing them to wash away tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within.

After the 75 minutes session, we will serve tea and cake, giving you time to gently return to your daily rhythm, feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
