S’mores and Restore - yoga, sound bath & s’mores!

S’mores & Restore:
Fireside yoga, soothing sound bath, and sweet treats

Join us for a dreamy session under the stars as we gather for a magical blend of yoga, sound healing, and connection. This event is held at a private outdoor location (weather permitting).

TSY owner Jenna will lead a gentle, grounding, and restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind from the week and reconnect with your breath. We’ll melt into an extended savasana accompanied by a live sound bath from Denise of Monarch Nature, using soothing vibrations to deepen relaxation. After class, we’ll circle around the fire for s’mores and socializing (vegan-friendly options available).

Everyone is welcome, no experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat, wear layers, and bring a blanket if you’d like.

$40 (TSY members save 10%)

Private outdoor location in Amityville. Address provided to registrants within 24 hours before class via email. In case of inclement weather class will be held at Third a season Yoga in Amityville
