Join us this Sunday for a colorful trail from Sebaal “Chir Ahmar” to Marh Kefersghab Village.
The hike will begin at Sebaal, which is 800 meters above sea level. We will walk by the red cliff called Chir Ahmar. Then, we will follow old paths to reach Rachta Aamout. Next, we will walk along a 4-kilometers path that goes up to Mazraat Al Tefeh Village and then to Hmeiss Village. After that, we will pass through Wadi El Ara2ir, a valley full of different trees and pretty walking paths, to reach St. Shalita Church, where we will have our lunch break. From there, we will take old paths to end our hike at the village of Mrah Kfar Zghab, which is at 250 meters. After the hike, we will take the bus and stop briefly at Bnaashi Lake to take some photos and enjoy a hot drink.

• Meeting: 7:00 am, Jal-el-Dib, behind DHL, at the parking lot.
• We can pick up the hikers who live on our way
• Departure: 7:30 am (SHARP).
• Breakfast stop on our way (15 minutes)
• Estimated time of arrival back in Beirut: 6:30 pm
To be prepared for this hike, you will need:
• Hiking shoes, Lightweight weatherproof jacket
• Warm gloves and headwear.
• Hiking Sticks.
• Healthy snacks (sandwiches, energy bars, dried fruits, nuts), Water 2 Liters
• ID & personal insurance cards.
Contribution: 20 USD or equivalent market rate in LBP to include: Transportation, guides, and a first aid kit, but does not cover medical insurance.
