Work In TV are Sheffield’s beloved indie-pop quintet. Continuing onwards from the
success of their debut EP released via Blaggers / Ditto, the band have sold out every
headline show in their hometown and packed out venues on their UK tours. Enjoying
continued support from BBC 6 Music, Apple Music, BBC Introducing and Radio X the
band have been marauding up and down the country appearing at The Great Escape,
Tramlines, Live At Leeds, Get Together, Float Along, Waves Sunderland and Solfest
whilst gracing the sweaty stages of the UK’s best underground venues. Drawing
influence from Foals, Interpol and Talking Heads, their sound features a disco-infused
rhythm section, angular guitars and soaring synth sounds, all with a liberal sprinkle of
contemporary indie pop and kitchen sink realism. The band officially welcomes you into
their world.
