Come for yoga and Nama-stay for beer. Hop on your mat and tap into the fun and focus of yoga. Start with an all levels class designed to encourage breath, balance, and lots of smiles. Finish with a cold brew shared with your pals and new yogi friends! Cost is $15 and includes a beverage after class. Please bring a yoga mat.
