Tasting Class: Exploring Vermouths, Apéritifs and Digestifs

Have you ever noticed those interesting drinks at the back of cocktail menus called Aperitifs and Digestifs? Aperitifs are served before a meal to stimulate the appetite, while digestifs are enjoyed afterwards to aid digestion. Meanwhile, Vermouth is a fortified, aromatized wine that has been infused with botanicals, and is often served in both roles, either solo or in a cocktail.

In this class, we'll explore some interesting spirits and Vermouths from Branca USA, and see how they'll elevate your meals!

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store the day of the event! Light snacks from Premier Gourmet will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
